At Sahara Grill, the mission is to give you a tasty tour of the Mediterranean. Your dog is welcome to join you on this journey at one of the eleven dog-friendly tables. Moving onto the food, the chefs at Sahara Grill use locally sourced ingredients in their dishes wherever possible to create a fresh tasting Mediterranean spread. If you're looking for a traditional dish for dinner, you can sink your teeth into the dry aged Colorado lamb chops, four pieces of organic lamb lightly seasoned with sea salt, cracked pepper, and virgin oil. The Sahara Grill is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 12am and Friday to Saturday from 11am to 1am.
