The Essex Resort and Spa's latest restaurant, the Junction, has eight dog-friendly tables outside. The open kitchen, quirky decor, and creative menu will make you feel like you're dining in the chef's home. You can start your culinary adventure off with some roasted marrow, served with grilled bread, herb gremolata, and onion marmalade. For an entree, the saffron risotto comes with spring vegetables, parmesan crisp, fried herbs, and creme fraiche. Make sure you ask your waiter about the featured wines on the menu.
