The Wedge Pizzeria is Oklahoma City�s first wood-fire oven pizzeria, dishing out artisan, Italian-style brick oven pizzas, salads, basic pasta dishes, and gelato, plus seasonal specialties made with fresh, local ingredients. Bring Fido along to the large dog-friendly patio; there are ten tables for you and your furry friend! Choose from specialty pizzas like the Truffle Shuffle with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, parmesan, and truffle oil, or the Brisket Pizza with poblano pepper, red onion, and mozzarella; or build your own personal pizza with choice of sauce, cheese, meat, veggie, and other toppings. A vegan option is available as well; try The Brandon pizza with pesto, roasted red onion, and bell pepper! The Wedge Pizzeria Monday through Thursday 11:00am to 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 11:00pm, and Sunday from 10:30am to 9:00pm.
