Nuflours uses a naturally gluten-free blend of sorghum, millet, tapioca, and potato flours to create allergy-friendly sweets like chocolate chip cookies, hazelnut cake, and pumpkin pie, plus paninis and other light fare. Bring Fido along to two small dog-friendly outdoor tables and sample gluten-free sweets that are sure to surprise even gluten-full eaters! Nuflours is open Tuesday through Thursday from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:00pm, and Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
