Mayan Cafe is a casual eatery that serves up a variety of Latin-inspired dishes. Choose from menu options including starters, salads, pork, fish, poultry, seafood, burgers, burritos, enchiladas,sandwiches, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their three pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a Blood Orange Margarita (Cimarron Reposado tequila, Solerno blodo orange liquer, blood orange puree, agave, fresh lime) and an order of the Empanadas with chorizo, black beans, mozzarella, sour cream, and chunky tomato-habanero sauce. Next, dig into the Rabbit - oven-roasted rabbit, pumpkin seed mole, pim tortilla filled beans and cheese, and grilled cactus. Or go for the Chilaquile with housemade tortillas, potatoes, cactus, grilled poblano peppers, mushrooms, queso fresco, tomato casera sauce, sour cream, and a jalapeno sauce drizzle.
