    1608 Crafthouse is a casual farm-to-table, gastropub-style eatery that uses sustainable, local ingredients to create their delicious dishes. Choose from menu options like small plates, burgers, sandwiches, soups, seafood, chicken, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their four pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start with a Bufala Negra (Maker's Mark, fresh basil, brown sugar, balsamic syrup, topped with ginger beer) and an order of the Poutine - house cut fries topped with cheese curds, oxtail chili, a fried egg, and micro greens. Next, chow down on the Fried Green Tomato BLT, with thick sliced bacon, and a housemade bleu cheese aioli. 1608 Crafthouse is open Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, Friday from 3pm to 11pm, Saturday from 12pm to 11pm, and Sunday from 10am to 7pm.
