Pick up a Zamboni Cold Brew coffee, then try the Umbria pizza with scallions, red onions, and Berkshire fennel sausage; the crust is made from scratch and ferments for 48 hours before being baked in a wood-fired oven that reaches temperatures of 900 degrees. Every pizza is available with gluten-free crust as well.
