Start off with a Bite of the Iguana (El Jimador reposado, passion fruit puree, fresh lime, fresh pineapple juice, midori, agave nectar) and an order of the Nachos - a bed of housemade chips topped with your choice of chicken, carnitas, or veggies, tipsy pintos, queso blanco, crema, and guacamole. Next, sink your teeth into the Al Pastor Taco, with pork, pineapple, and sweet white onion, cooked on a vertical rotisserie.
