Mi Ranchito is a Mexican cantina serving up a fresh, authentic menu of quesadillas, nachos, enchiladas, chimichangas, tacos, gluten-friendly choices, margaritas, tamales, and more! Fido is welcome at five dog-friendly tables! Bring him along and go for the fan-favorite Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas with grilled chicken and Monterey jack cheese and sliced avocados, or try the light Mango Chicken salad topped with roasted corn and black bean salsa, Monterey jack cheese, fresh mango slices, strawberries, and avocado. The Stuffed Fried Avocado is a crowd-pleasing appetizer, filled with grilled chicken, cheese, cream cheese, and champagne sauce! Mi Ranchito is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00am to 10:00pm and Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 11:00pm.
