    The Parish Restaurant and Bar, located in New Paltz, NY, is a casual bar and eatery serving up delicious New Orleans Cajun-style dishes. Choose from menu options including beignets, pancakes, salads, appetizers, steak, burgers, seafood, chicken, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal (reservations are encouraged.) Start off with a Cocktail a la Louisianne (rye, benedictine, sweet vermouth, herbsaint, Peychaud's bitters) and an order of the Baked Oyster Crostinis with butter, lemon, parmesan, and parsley. Next, chow down on the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with braised greens with bacon, and hushpuppies. Or go for the Cajun Style Parish Burger with roasted red pepper pimiento cheese, lettuce, and onion, served with your choice of side (cheddar grits, braised greens with bacon, red beans and rice, blackened green beans, corn maque choux, or mac and cheese.)       Great outdoor patio and food

      The location, outdoor patio, food and cocktails were great. The love my dog got was even better. Dog bowls and cold water ready to go. Very dog friendly staff. My dog and I highly recommend for a lazy Sunday outting

      Good vibes. Other restaurant guests also had dogs which made me feel less out of place. Lots of love received from host for our dog.

      Food was good, but more on the bar food end (burgers). Burgers were delicious.

      Homemade potato chips were amazing.
