Specializing in French, Contemporary, American and Asian cuisine, Indigo Restaurant is a dog-friendly fine-dining establishment. The Restaurant's menu includes a range of appetizers, and dishes such as Rack of Lamb, Sea Bass, Filet Mignon, Salmon, Lobster Mac, and Vegetarian stir-fry, as well as an array of sushi rolls. Indigo fans rave about the dimly-lit and warm atmosphere and the New York Strip Steak and recommend ordering a glass of wine from its comprehensive list. Indigo Restaurant is open seven days a week from 5pm to 10pm.

We made a last minute reservation and when we arrived an outdoor table was ready for us with linens, plates and menus. Friendly staff with helpful recommendations about things to do and a wonderful meal! Worth stopping by if you are in Springfield.
