Hansel and Griddle is an all-day breakfast diner, catering to college students and serving breakfast, burgers, wraps, crisps, paninis, wings, sandwiches, smoothies, salads, and vegetarian entrees. Fido is welcome to join at anyh of five dog-friendly outdoor tables! For a traditional breakfast, try the fan-favorite Lumberjack omelet: 2 eggs, grilled pork roll, sauteed peppers and onions, and melted cheese in a flour tortilla. Or, try a signature Rajun Cajun with Cajun-grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomatos, melted pepper jack cheese, and homemade ranch dressing in a fresh pita. Vegetarians can choose from several options, including the Mouse Trap: Swiss, pepper jack, and provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and dressing rolled in a garlic herb tortilla.
