Start with the Circa 81 Martini (vodka, amaretto, Malibu rum, peach schnapps, grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice) and an order of the Caprese Salad with heirloom tomato, herbed mozzarella, basil, basil olive oil, 18 year traditional balsamic, and smoked Alderwood salt. Next, dig into the Mushroom Port Ragout - blend of cremini mushrooms, port wine, garlic, and basil, served on a sub roll with havarti cheese, spinach, and roasted tomatoes.
