The daily menu includes specialty sandwiches, soups, and plates like the Sultry Grilled Salmon. The Workout Menu is rich in protein with salmon, steak, and chicken dishes. Pamela's Gourmet is open Monday through Tuesday from 10am to 3pm, Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 4pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
