The Lab
The Lab is a comfortable yet adventurous cafe that offers diners the opportunity to find new favorites and flavors. There are ten dog-friendly tables so Fido is welcome to join you for a simple coffee or an original creation like their Triple Berry Cream Scraps pastries or their housemade Cold Sweet Creams, a cross between ice cream and gelato. The Lab features Reve Coffee Roasters, a South Louisiana-based roasting business that offers a variety of blends. The Lab is open Monday from 6:30am to 6:00pm, Wednesday through Thursday from 6:30am to 7:00pm, Friday from 6:30am to 9:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 9:00pm, and Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
