Their menu is full of traditional dishes like Ropa Vieja, shredded beef with onions and peppers, and Pechuga Rellena, stuffed chicken. the restaurant offers daily specials, Tuesday through Friday where you can find dishes like Carne Asada and Lechon Asado. Casa Columbia also offers salsa dancing lessons, although your pupper might not be the dancing type.
