    awful

Tried to eat their yesterday with 2 dogs and the manager himself personally refused… So not sure why this place is listed as dog friendly because it is anything but. Also very dirty.

    Great food and covered patio!!

The food was delicious and everyone was more than happy to have Mocha around. We went on a Sunday night so it wasn't packed. I probably wouldn't bring my dog on a Friday or Saturday night. The food was delicious too!!

Would have loved to have eaten there but...

Was told if we ate there we could only eat outdoors in uncovered side ( in sun). Its over 80 degrees and hot for a double coat dog in sun. We have eaten in covered side with dog before. The covered side only had one table full. Rest were empty. What changed. It wasnt even busy. It was 4 in the afternoon on a Sunday. What a shame we used to love their food.

    Great Place

No idea if the bone-ratings is based on dog-friendliness or just a normal rating of the restaurant...but always loved Tipsy Moose, been coming here for years. Recently got a dog—here's the dealio: This place is fairly small and gets busy during normal peak hours. Always has. There's TWO outdoor areas—one in front with a roof or tent type structure, normal service and TV's and stuff, and the more casual area off to the side. This is where people go for a more casual experience, I think there's smoking allowed and you order both food and drink at the front window to the bartender. They will still bring the food out to you. Now the area itself is the fairly narrow but not super skinny, and the depth of the building. There's a firepit area with chairs around it in front, a couple picnic table type spots, a couple high table with seating area in the middle, maybe four or five tables with two chairs apiece along the side, and a 4-5 seat L-couch with coffee table dealio in the very back.

We sat in the back with our two dogs and it worked out just fine. It's a little more buggier back there (the tiny black flies), less so more in the middle/sun. Two other dogs were in the front at the fire pit area. Everyone had a great time.

TL;DR, casual outdoor pub-type atmosphere if you wanna bring pets. First come, first serve.

    No! No! Leave it!

There is no 0 bones to review. We got a there at 11:30 in the AM on a Sunday. They said, yeah, go over there... to the smoking section, with butts all around and smokey smell in the air. No waitress, No shelter from the Sun. You shout your order in to the window, and I presume you would have to pay immediate like a late night drunk on the terrace. Who would submit to this? the people outside in the shade , literally 5 feet away get service? Is it too much to come those 5 feet? Yes, yes it is. So my group and my son and wife, and his poor rescued little Boston Terrier who has health problems left and went around the corner to Philly's bar, and had a relaxed shady time being treated like humans... Wake up Moose.

    PET-FRIENDLY? SERIOUSLY?

Do not take your pup with you. The outdoor area was so small, maybe 3 tables. My husband waited 20 minutes inside, while I waited outside with our puppy just to find out that we had to order from outside at a service window. I guess if you have a pet and you sit outside and there is no waiter/waitress service. While I was waiting for my husband to come back outside, I sat at a picnic table with my 3 month old puppy. To my surprise, there were two gentlemen shooting DARTS within 5 feet of me and my puppy!! THEN, I'm not sure if it were the two shooting darts, but then there was a strong odor of POT! Once my husband came outside, we immediately left. In that 20 minutes, no one from inside even asked if they could help us. No one cleaned off tables outside. I give this restaurant a zero rating for being pet-friendly. It could be a really cute place to eat if they took care of the customers better and the people weren't getting high and shooting real darts feet away from me and puppy.

    Too busy

They don't take care of the humans needs. They ignore the customers, so I'm guessing, the treatment for pets is probably worse, the pet friendly area is dirty and nasty. Looks like you have to self serve and clean your own table. Menu sounds great and good beer selection , but for lack of service and wait times, and seems like they want to rush you out before you even get there, I don't think I'll be back. If so not with my dog. They obviously are not pet friendly, barely human friendly
