  best for smoking and beer

  As mentioned you need to enter in the alley parking area into a lovely large patio area with ample seating and shade trees. Water bowls were provided but we travel with our own incl toys and treats. Great place to chill and eat. The beet battered onion rings and fish were amazing. Big ding for the amount of smokers smogging up the air and altering our food taste. If you want a peaceful outdoor experience and want to smoke this is the place and if not, search elsewhere.

  dogs tolerated and adored

  First off, if you want to take your dog to the back patio, you have to go through the back alley. Carrying your puppy or dog through the front door will get you a lecture. There are no signs to this effect; you just have to know. Also, the ground is pretty filthy... There were quite a few cigarette butts out on the ground. The waitress petted the dog and adored it, and the vibe was welcoming. In summary, my experience was a mixed bag.

  Amazing Service

  I went to the West Sacramento Location and loved it. They have a big patio with both tables and chairs and picnic tables. We had a picnic table and the waiter was so sweet even when our younger dog jumped on him out of excitement. We bought out dogs pasties and they didn't mind us putting them on the floor for them. We fully intend on going back with out boys. Not to mention amazing food and drinks.

  Very welcoming!

  Our Border Collie was totally welcomed to the back patio, given fresh water and lots of shade. Other patrons and their dogs were really friendly. If you're not a smoker, may not like it back on the patio, but we had a great time relaxing with friends! Great beer on tap!
