      Disappointed

      I joined the waitlist online and when I got there there was an additional 20-30 wait even though the website said 10-20 minutes. I also requested a table for 6 with a dog because it allowed dogs. It turns out there is 3 tables on the sidewalk for 2 that a dog can sit outside. Even though I joined the waitlist earlier I still had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for a table that I had to split up because the she said she couldn’t accommodate. They did not notify me that they couldn’t accommodate us and admitted that there was no point to the doing the waitlist online….. This was so frustrating and disappointing when I timed everything so my elderly parents could eat at a certain time.
      To update my post : instead of splitting us up they put together the 3 tables outside so we could eat together and have our dog. They gave my elderly parents some toast after I asked he could have something while we waited. I have upgraded this post from 1 to 3. Hopefully it is because this situation didn’t have to happen and they realized it, instead of me being a frustrated customer using the waitlist online.

      Great location in downtown Fairhope

      This cafe was in a beautiful location, however, it wasnt super pet friendly. We sat down and when the waitress came to get us drinks, we asked for a bowl of water for the pooch. It was already over 80 degrees and pretty hot outside even with a breeze. Sadly, we never got a bowl of water. We used a travel bowl and poured our own glasses of water into it so Loki could get a cool drink.

      The food was alright but very expensive. It took over a half an hour for our waitress to even come back to get us a glass of water after we had already asked another server 10 minutes prior.

      Overall we had slow service, expensive priced meal, and it was not a very pooch friendly place.

      Easy To Find

      Food and service was excellent. Very friendly to dog and people! Will definitely go back.
