First Watch, located in Hoover, is a casual cafe-style eatery that serves up a variety of delicious dishes. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their four pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Try the Chile Chorizo Omelette filled with chorizo, avocado, green chilies, roasted onions, cheddar, Monterey jack, sour cream, and house-made pico de gallo. Or go for the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict - two poached eggs atop toasted ciabatta, topped with wild Alaskan smoked Sockeye salmon, red onion, tomato, and hollandaise, served with lightly dressed organic mixed greens.
