  Worth a try

  This is a classic American drive through reborn. Seems to be frequented by locals which is always a good sign. Nice for dog vacations because we could eat in the car (predictably for a drive in). Service was quick and friendly. Food was classic fare. Gravy was great. Glad we had the option and experience!

  "Dog Friendly" is the only nice thing we have to say....

  On our first road trip (due to COVID) stopped here for dinner while passing through. Saw this was on Diners, Driveins and Dives and had high hopes. Menu also looked great, we were excited! We were pulling a trailer camper, and were in luck to find a nice empty parking lot in the back (knowing we wouldn't fit in the drive-in order spaces). We first tried calling in our order, phones were either ringing off the hook, or not working, or off the hook on purpose. Masked, my husband attempted to go inside to order, he was stopped by staff and told to walk up to one of the drive-in spaces to order. The first one he attempted, no one answered, he tried repeatedly, then decided to move onto another space, this one picked up on the first try. Food was okay, nothing memorable except our horrid attempts to order food, met with subpar customer service. I can't even really verify that it is dog friendly, given that our dogs stayed in the car, and that's where we ate as well.
