Culver's is a dog-friendly restaurant serving its signature ButterBurgers and fresh frozen custard to Surprise locals and tourists alike. As soon as staff noticed our dog, offered to bring ice water and dish but actually had our own. They asked if he could have a treat. The patio had umbrellas for shade which was most welcome on a hot AZ August day.
