Kim, the owner of Kimmie's Coffee Cup on E Santa Ana Canyon Road, has overcome many obstacles to achieve her goal of opening her own business. Not only has she survived five open heart surgeries, but she has also raised two daughters on her own. She is proud to offer seven dog-friendly tables and a menu full of wholesome American favorites for you and Fido to enjoy at her very own cafe. One of the most popular specialty breakfasts on offer is the chicken and biscuits benedict: country biscuit topped with crispy all white meat chicken ritter, two poached eggs, and smothered with country gravy.
