Located in what was once a Pharmacy Soda Fountain, built in 1921, the Elmwood Cafe is a dog-friendly spot to enjoy American fare in Berkeley. Dog owners can head to one of the Cafe's four outdoor tables to dig into a Poached Egg Sandwich alongside their canine companion.
