Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ on El Toro Road is a dog-friendly BBQ joint with 10+ pet-friendly tables outside. Lucille, the founder, learned the secrets of the bar-b-que from her grandmother before the second world war. After deciding that her grandmother's food was too good not to share, she opened up her restaurant and the company has grown and grown ever since. Nowadays, the BBQ menu includes brisket, chicken, St. Louis spare ribs, sausage, and tri-tip. In addition to all the BBQ on offer, the kitchen churns out a number of specialties, including BBQ shrimp, jambalaya, pasta, and gumbo.
