Cesars Bistro is a dog-friendly restaurant serving "new Latin American cuisine" to locals and tourists alike. Dog owners with a craving for Choripan and Fido in tow can head to one of Cesar's Bistro's four outdoor tables to enjoy the handmade sausage served on a fresh French-style bun with lettuce, arugula, and special chimichurri sauce. The Bistro's menu includes breakfast items, gourmet burgers, salads, soups, and Latin dishes such as a Veggie Empanada, Chicken Milanesa Sandwich, and Chicken and Avocado Sauce Arepa, as well as entrees such as Cod Calamari, Caribbean Rice, Ranchera Steak Style, or Quesadillas Gringas. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in a Chef's Pastry, a crunchy pastry filled with mozzarella cheese, sweet plantains, and guava jelly over vanilla ice cream, diced apple, and strawberry sauce. Cesar's Bistro is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 9pm.
