As the name suggests, the BBQ chefs smoke their meat low and slow at two-hundred-and-fifty degrees. Everything on the menu is made from scratch, including four BBQ sauces for dipping, sides, and fresh lemonade. On the menu, lots of sandwiches and burgers, such as the BBQ melt: choice of pulled pork or chopped brisket with cheddar cheese.
