Sierra Fusion

Sierra Fusion has a pet-friendly patio set up for dogs and their owners outside. Their menu is made up of Japanese classics, sushi, and a number of dishes borrowed from other parts of Asia. If you're a fan of specialty rolls, you may want to indulge in the spicy citrus salmon: soy paper, California roll, sliced lemon, salmon, and spicy citrus sauce. The entrees on the menu include a prime petite filet mignon, served with zucchini and gouda cake, cipollini onions, and chanterelle demi glaze.
