Coupa Cafe is a lively Venezuelan restaurant that is run with the ideals of the slow food movement. Their food menu includes a number of breakfast specialties, such as the Perico: traditional Venezuelan griddle delight filled with scrambled eggs, sauteed tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, and a side of fruit. Another Venezuelan specialty is the Pabellon: national dish of Venezuela, shredded beef, arepitas, black beans, white rice, plantains, nata, and fresh white cheese.
