As you'd expect from a restaurant with a burger in the name, the kitchen specializes in whipping up interesting handhelds. Their all-natural burger patties are ground in-house daily using Californian beef and their buns are baked fresh every day in the kitchen. An example of their burger art is the Holay Guacamolay: all-natural beef patty, burrata, balsamic marinated heirloom tomato, wild arugula, and garlic aioli. You can accompany your burger with one of the twelve local craft beers on tap, most of them sourced from California. Nom Burger is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00am to 9:30pm, Friday to Saturday from 11:00am to 10:00pm, and Sunday from 11:00am to 9:30pm.
