You'll find authentic dishes like Kalua Pork With Cabbage, Island Fire Chicken, and Island White Fish, which are served with the classic accompaniments of rice and macaroni salad. If you have a small appetite, go for one of the mini-meals, a smaller portion of the signature plate lunches.
