Next, chow down on the Inez Italian Sub with ham, salami, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, and Romano vinaigrette on a toasted sub. For something lighter, try the Spinach Apple Salad with spinach, Granny Smith apples, egg, red onions, bleu cheese, and apple-bourbon vinaigrette. The Bluegrass Coffee and Bourbon Lounge is open Monday through Thursday from 7am to 10pm, Friday through Saturday from 7am to 12am, and Sunday from 7am to 10pm.

we love this place! food and coffee is so yummy. the staff is friendly and they have a cute patio out back. You just have to walk through the building to get to it.
