Hickory House Ribs is a dog-friendly spot to grab a cocktail and a plate of its self-proclaimed "best ribs in Colorado." Dog owners can enjoy a Ribeye Steak Sandwich while their canine relaxes nearby at one of Hickory House Ribs' many outdoor tables. The restaurant's menu includes breakfast items, plates of ribs, wings, chicken, sausage, brisket, fried catfish, steaks, sandwiches, Giant Salads, sandwiches, homemade chili, and more. Diners with room for dessert can order a glass of wine or an Old Fashioned Milkshake to top off their meal. The Aspen location of Hickory House is open seven days a week from 8:00am to 2:30pm and 5:00pm to 9:00pm. During the off-season--Spring and Fall--Hickory House Ribs requests you call ahead for hours.
