    Maria Empanada

    Maria Empanada is home to six pet-friendly tables outside. After moving to American from Buenos Aires, Lorena Cantarovici needed to overcome a few obstacles before getting her dough dream rolling. She had to learn the language, learn the industry, source the ingredients, and start the ovens. Now, after lots of hard work, she offers empanadas in a range of flavors, including vegan veggie, Argentina, ham and cheese, spinach, and mushroom. Maria Empanada is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30am to 8:30pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00am. Visit Website

      Great food!

      The Empanadas were amazing!!! We tried five different flavors, and all of them were great. Our favorites were the corn, and the ham and cheese. The service was great too!!! The patio is dog friendly. The patio was small, there were four tables and two umbrellas. The only two tables available when we went did not have any shade. We decided to order our food to go and ate in our air conditioned car with our dog. It was just too hot outside with no shade for our St Bernese.
