    Located at the James Ranch, Harvest Grill and Greens is a ranch-to-table eatery serving organic dishes to locals and tourists alike. Harvest Grill and Greens offers many outdoor tables to dog owners wanting to order its Succulent Steak Sandwich and kick back in the sunshine alongside Fido--and a few goats. Its menu includes a Harvest Burger, Signature Veggie Burger, Durango Dawg Dog, Beautiful Garden Salad, Inside Out Cheese Melt, and Signature Burger made up of a hand-formed, one-third pound beef patty with its Belford Cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, and its signature rosemary garlic mayonnaise spread on a lightly buttered, toasted bun.       Dog friendly area to eat out

      The place was dog friendly in that there were plenty of outdoor tables. The staff was friendly but the service was very slow. However, we were there for dinner & by the time our food finally arrived it was dark out and there is no lighting in the grassy table areas. There were only four tables under the covered area that was lighted & they were all occupied. While the food was good, it wasn’t a pleasant experience to try to eat in the dark & try to find your vehicle in the pitch black as the parking area isn’t lighted either. I would recommend for lunch but not for dinner. Not sure I would go back. Our girl enjoyed the grass, sniffing time & the dog patty.

      Fantastic!

      This was a perfect spot for us and our two Aussies. The food was spectacular as well. Win….win!

      Perfect spot

      Great place for a lunch in the sunshine. Loved the grassy area because we had a dog, and he loved it too. Beautiful scenery out across the river valley. The food was excellent. The beers cold and tasty.

      I know we lucked out with the weather but this place is a must-visit for a sunny afternoon in the gorgeous mountain air.

      LOOK NO FURTHER...

      ...if you are looking for a *dog-friendly*, organic ranch-to-table restaurant with delicious food. This is a special place sourcing local farmers and craftsman. Wish I could give it 10 bones!

      Tip: They have dog treats that my corgis LOVE.

      Super dog friendly and amazing food!

      This. is. a. gem !! We were on a 2 weeks road trip and stopped overnight in Durango. Happened upon this place and was not the least bit disappointed. Don't let the "food shack" and picnic benches fool you. The food is farm to table, cheese is made on site and it is a great menu. Our pup was treated kindly and the young gentleman that works inside the small markey came out to greet her and ask if he could give her a treat (we ended up buying a container of it ). Really cannot say enough about the place. And the view... WOW
