Backcountry Delicatessen is a dog-friendly eatery that was created to "satisfy your hunger for great food and fuel your active life." The Delicatessen has a couple of outdoor tables available for dog owners with Fido in tow wanting to dig into a High Plains sandwich piled high with fresh mozzarella, tomato, romaine lettuce and basil pesto. Backcountry's menu includes specialty sandwiches such as turkey, chicken, ham, veggie, beef, European, and fish. It also includes hot breakfast sandwiches, build your own sandwiches, salads, soups, and deli-style sides. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, fudge brownies or oatmeal raisin cookies. This location of Backcountry Delicatessen is open seven days a week from 7am to 5pm.
