Starting out of the back of a car, Pagosa Baking Company has grown into their current brick and mortar store. You and Fido can enjoy items from the bakery at one of the three dog-friendly tables outside. Nowadays, their kitchen not only churns out quiches, pastries, and artisan bread, but also holds cooking, baking, and decorating classes. If you decide to join them for lunch, you may want to try one of their breakfast burritos, soups, or sandwiches.
