Caroline's
Caroline's is a dog-friendly, "formal Victorian" American restaurant serving fresh Colorado foods such as lamb, beef, game and fresh, local produce, prepared in the classic French tradition. Visitors to Caroline's can bring Fido and head to one of its two outdoor tables to dig into a plate of Cheese and Charcuterie. Caroline's menu is comprised of starters, soups, salads, and entrees such as Colorado Lamb Chops, New York Strip Steak, Southwestern Grilled Salmon Filet, Veal Piccata, and Quinoa Stuffed Portobello Mushroom. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in Peach Bread Pudding or a Chocolate Torte. Caroline's is open Thursday through Sunday from 5pm to 9pm. Reservations are suggested.

We were staying at the hotel Caroline's is attached to, and when we found out our dog was panicking being in the room alone, our waitress offered to set up a table outside. The staff was very friendly to him while we ate on the patio, and service stayed the same even though we were the only ones outside. Very impressed
