We had a wonderful experience at Posana last night. Sally our server was so great to our 8 month old puppy, and we ordered off the doggy menu for him, so fun! We enjoyed our dinner as well, great menu and drink selection. If you are traveling to Asheville a great choice.

Posana was incredible. They have a great patio space (covered) for dogs, and they even have their own dog menus! The people food was incredible. Will definitely return!

My wife and I were in Asheville this past weekend for our anniversary with our huskey, Nala (March). The temperature at night had fallen to below freezing, and so not too many people were probably out with their dogs, but we were. Posado did not have their outdoor patio walls down and even when we asked Friday night, Saturday brunch and even if they would make the patio dog friendly for us, they did not. The hostess said it was “too cold.” We ate at H and F Burger and also Mayfel’s instead. They had no problem with the cold and were accommodating for us.

Food is a bit pricey but it is farm to table and they meals for dogs which you hardly see anywhere.

Very good food and wine, and a dog menu with appetisers, three main courses and dessert for the dog. Plus water.

We tried to eat here with our dog over the weekend. This is located in a very busy downtown area so if your dog gets anxious with lots of other dogs, people, and music then this is probably not the place for you. We waited over 45 mins and were never called for a table (no reservations accepted for dog friendly tables- u have to come in to get on a wait list). Our dog started to get anxious after the long wait with so much going on around him. I’m sure the food is great and there were many other dogs on their patio. We ended up at sunny point cafe which was delicious, not as chaotic, and much more comfortable for all 3 of us.

Wonderful experience! So dog friendly. They even have a special menu for dogs. Our pug loved his grilled chicken and rice. Our meals were delicious. Can’t wait to return!

Not only water bowls but Posana has a dog menu!

We sat on the heated, covered patio with our Schnauzer. It was a wonderful experience! The staff were accommodating and kind. The pup was given water & offered food off the doggy menu. Highly recommend!!!

My boyfriend and I are just in Asheville for a few days and we tried this place out. We had the best experience we could’ve imagined - there weren’t any other pups there, but they heated the entire outdoor section and let our aussie roam around free, for us. Super accommodating, super friendly staff. Hell we might even go here twice in one trip. You should definitely try it out!
- GarlandAug. 20, 2018Great food, very dog friendly
Wonderful service, good food, great location, especially for our dogs to enjoy dog & people watching. Very friendly staff and a cute menu for dogs too. The patio is both covered and open and dogs are allowed at your table in both these areas. A great dining experience.

We came here on our last night in Asheville. I’ve never been to a fine dining restaurant with my dogs. The staff was MORE than accommodating to my 2 labs. They even have a dog menu! I ended up just sharing my NY Strip with my dogs (it was 16 ounces and fantastic!) and I ordered the Bacon Soy Ice Cream for their desert. I will most definitely visit this place again! BTW, you need to see the hostess for a table outside and you are allowed to enter just the front of the inside restaurant with your dogs in order to do so.

Really dog friendly. Even have a dog menu which we ordered from. They have a covered porch area so even though it was raining out we could still bring our pup to dinner. Whole menu is gluten free!

We stopped in with our big Old English Sheepdog and were very welcomed. The outdoor patio was lovely. The food was delicious. There is a 3 course dog menu which was a big hit with our Piper. Would highly recommend!

Very professional staff. Food was creative , beautifully presented and excellent. Some smaller plates and our scallop entree was shareable after soup and an appt. That left room for dessert

Took our BIG Golden and new TINY Morkie to outdoor seating and was warmly greeted and welcomed by staff. But the best thing was the exquisite meal for us humans! Cannot stress enough that if you want a "southern" gourmet meal that is absolutely delicious and well prepared, you must visit Posano!!! We will be back.....
- BenMore than a year agoGood time
Food was really good (get the crab cake burger and avoid the cold coffee) and wait staff is a little wacky. Outdoor patio was just reopened and provides a great dog spot in nice weather. Repped

October 2010 we ate here with our beagle, Zoe. The food was excellent and our server was very accommodating. We sat out on the patio and it was delightful. We will be returning again this fall and will surely eat here again.
