Early Bird Restaurant
Everything is scratch-made at the dog-friendly Early Bird Restaurant, and they have seven outdoor tables where you can sit with your pup. Early Bird serves breakfast and brunch daily and specializes in an open-faced puffed omelet called Early Bird Risers. There are griddle options like Cr�me Br�lee French Toast, Malted Belgian Waffle, and Johnny Cake Waffle. Breakfast tacos, burritos, and nachos are also available. You can pair your meal with a ColoRADo Coffee, with small batch whiskey, coffee liqueur, and local coffee. Open daily 7:00am to 2:30pm.
