Jenkins Quality Barbecue
The first Jenkins Quality Barbecue was established in 1957, and all of their stores continue to offer ribs and chicken to this day. The mustard-base sauce, still used in all of their locations, has been passed down from generation to generation. This BBQ joint on N Pearl Street in Jacksonville dishes up ribs, chicken, sliced beef, and pork sandwiches all cooked on an oak wood-fired pit. You can accompany your meaty main course with a pie, cake, or pink lemonade.
