Tijuana Flats
Tijuana Flats provides a highly customizable menu of Tex-Mex standards with made-to-order dishes. This location in North Miami is pet-friendly with seven outdoor tables where you can eat with Fido. You can select from burritos, bowls, chimichangas, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and nachos to customize with your favorite meats and toppings. Their beans are all vegan so you can make any dish meat-free to suit your preferences. You can finish off with a sweet treat like their churros or cookie dough flautas. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.

I brought my 4.6 lb dog here and they were hesitant to even let her inside. she’s well behaved, not barky and good with everyone including children. They eventually let me sit with my dog but got upset when I asked for water for her 🤷♀️
