    The founders of Mellow Mushroom opened their first restaurant because they saw pizza baking as an art form and wanted to offer other people the chance to enjoy their art. Mellow Mushroom on Nottingham Way is home to ten pet-friendly tables outside, so you can bring Fido with you to enjoy a specialty pie, calzone, hoagie, or salad. One of their most popular pies is the Holy Shiitake Pie, an olive oil and garlic base, shiitake, button, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and Mont Amore, finished with a garlic aioli swirl and a spritz of black truffle oil.       Screened in Patio

      Great dog-friendly screened in patio! They offered to bring our dog some water and the pizza and beer was great! We will definitely be back

      Very accommodating!

      The food was great, and we were able to eat on their patio that was cooled off with huge fans. In late July, those fans are life saving!
