The Rib Shack offers two outdoor tables to dog owners wanting to dig into a Half Pound Giant Breaded Tenderloin Sandwich alongside their canine companion. The Shack's menu includes sandwiches piled high with pulled pork, brisket, smoked beef, pork loin, and ham, Southern Style Nachos, Ribs, combination plates, side "fixins" such as Fresh Home Made Potato Chips, Cheese Hashbrown Casserole, Cowboy Chili, French Fries with Cheese, and more. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in a Double Fudge Brownie or Grandma's Hot Chocolate Chip Cookie. The Rib Shack is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11am to 8pm.
