Ko Fusion features a menu that blends sushi, contemporary American, and Asian cuisine. You can bring Fido and sit at one of the two pet-friendly tables outside. If you're looking to get your sushi fix, then take a look at the house rolls on the menu, including the Flaming Phoenix: tempura-fried shrimp, mango, butterfly shrimp, avocado, spicy mayo, unagi sauce, and furikake. Let's hope it doesn't rise again! On the other section of the menu, you'll discover lots of entrees, such as Long Island Duck Breast, Stir Fry, and a Panang Curry. Ko Fusion is open Monday from 11am to 11pm, Tuesday from 11am to 10pm, Wednesday from 11pm to 10pm, Thursday to Friday from 11am to 11pm, and Saturday from 11am to 10pm.
