Ko Fusion features a menu that blends sushi, contemporary American, and Asian cuisine. You can bring Fido and sit at one of the two pet-friendly tables outside. If you're looking to get your sushi fix, then take a look at the house rolls on the menu, including the Flaming Phoenix: tempura-fried shrimp, mango, butterfly shrimp, avocado, spicy mayo, unagi sauce, and furikake.
