San Maru located in Champaign, IL is a pet-friendly Korean Restaurant. Fido can join you at their two outdoor tables. You can start your meal with the Scallion and Squid Korean Pancake or the Nokdu Bin-Dea-Dduk with fresh ground mung-bean pancake with mung-bean sprout, kimchi, onion, and scallion. San Maru offers a lunch special of BengBeng Chicken, SHrimp or Tofu with deep fried chicken, shrimp, or tofu over rice in a bowl, topped with barbecue sauce, ranch, and mayonnaise. Or you can order the Bulgogi Beef, Pork or Chicken which is stir-fried, thinly sliced meat marinated in traditional Bulgogi sauce with a hint of onion and scallion, served in a hot pan. To go with the meal try dessert like Red Bean Bingsu which is made out of milk topped with condensed milk, home-made red bean paste, roasted soybean flour, cereal, injeomli, and sliced almond. Don't forget the traditional drinks offered like the SooJungGwa a home-made traditional Korean cold tea made from cinnamon, ginger, dried persimmon, sugar, and honey.
