Their deli is modeled on their grandfather's deli, generous portions of cream cheese on freshly baked bagels. In addition to the bagels in the name, the chefs also prepare huge sandwiches, including a turkey Reuben that is hugely popular amongst local diners. Bagel and Bialy is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, and Sunday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
