  Absolutely Terrible

  So they do have a area for dogs... kinda. There is a “pin” area before you get to the front door. Basically one large picnic table and one small one. They both have screws sticking up on the seats, are very rough and feel like they are about to fall apart at any moment. Not to mention the spider webs all over, dry dead plants, tv covered in bird poop (which was turned off), and no fan or breeze at all. During the summer in Louisiana. When we got there we told the hostess we were sitting outside, and she brought us menus. 15 minutes later still no one came out to offer drinks or take our order, so I went and told them. About 10 minutes later an angry waitress came out and took our orders. Fine. When it came out all of us had a few things wrong with our orders, even my dog who we got a plain kids cheeseburger and fries (there was no cheese on it) for her birthday. Mine was missing actual ingredients, when I asked where they were the waitress said “it comes on the side. Ya want it??” Throughout the meal she never picked up our empty plates or asked if we wanted more water. She barely came out there at all and had attitude when she did. The food was mediocre, at best, the pet area sucked and the service was absolutely terrible. The crazy thing is, the manager came out and apologized about it without us even saying anything. Then after we paid the bill he came out again and said “is there something I can do?” NO, we already paid and are leaving! Never again will we return to this place. I really don’t understand how that waitress has a job.
