Located in the Arts District of Benton Harbor, Phoenix Rising is a dog-friendly local coffee shop and cafe. Visitors to the cafe can head to one of its three outdoor tables to sip on a cup of joe while Fido lounges underfoot. Phoenix Rising's food menu includes soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, granola fruit and yogurt, and smoothies.
