Fireside Pizza

Built on the foundation of the original 1959 Fireside Pizza, Fireside Foundry is a steampunk restaurant inspired by nineteenth-century industrial machinery. The chefs are proud to say that their recipes are crafted in a scratch kitchen and utilize fresh ingredients. Cooked in their wood-fired oven, the specialty pizzas that are churned out by their kitchen include the Fireside Special, topped with Italian sausage, fresh mushroom, green olives, Canadian bacon, onions, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese.
